From our 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Birkenhead we provide cost-effective and efficient fabrication services along with high Health, Safety & Environmental standards which align with the high-level requirements of process industries.

Our staff are all highly skilled pipefitters, fully coded welders to third party approved weld procedures and are trained in the latest fabrication cutting and welding techniques, we can fabricate and install pipework from a range of materials, including but not limited to:

    Offsite Fabrication

    Vartiss has in excess of 30,000 ft² in which to assemble offsite structures at its Dock Road site. The company has adopted offsite fabrication techniques for all of its major projects, and also embraces advanced, modular build techniques.

    Modular Systems

    Vartiss embraces a modular approach to projects. Offsite fabrication in a more controlled environment improves efficiency, quality, speed of delivery and safety. Offsite fabrication also creates less wastage and can therefore return a cost saving.

    Heat Exchangers

    Vartiss manufacture and maintain, radiant coils, tube bundles, convection boxes, waste heat recovery units, and shell and tube exchangers. Calling upon our many years of experience Vartiss is able to deliver the highest quality dedicated heat transfer solutions.

    Maintenance

    Vartiss offers fixed term maintenance contracts as well as breakdown cover, to help minimise your downtime and will collaborate with you to help coordinate any required shutdown to allow required maintenance to be concluded as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    Coded Welding

    Vartiss has vast experience across a wide range of welding techniques, materials and sectors including tanks, pressure vessels, pressure piping and steel structures utilising MMA, GTAW, FCAW, MIG/MAG welding in a variety of basic and exotic materials
