Vartiss Coded Welding

Vartiss is a specialist welding company that have vast knowledge and experience across a wide range of welding techniques, materials, and sectors. Our workforce of time served trades men have worked within the general fabrication, tank and pressure vessels, pressure piping and steel structures utilising MMA, GTAW, FCAW, MIG/MAG welding in a variety of basic and exotic materials.

All our welding is backed by our welding procedures that are approved by TUV-UK who are a recognised third-party organisation (RTPO) and are compliant with UKCA for all works under PED and others. These conform to BS EN ISO 15614-1:2017+A1:2029, ASME IX. In addition to these, we also hold welding procedures compliant to 2014/68/23 for working within the EU on PED projects.

In keeping with our commitment to quality, all of our skilled welders are dual certified to BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017 and ASME IX which covers working within the UK on projects up to and including pressure equipment. In addition, our welders are also qualified to work under the European Pressure Equipment Directive.

    Offsite Fabrication

    Vartiss has in excess of 30,000 ft² in which to assemble offsite structures at its Dock Road site. The company has adopted offsite fabrication techniques for all of its major projects, and also embraces advanced, modular build techniques.

    Heat Exchangers

    Vartiss manufacture and maintain, radiant coils, tube bundles, convection boxes, waste heat recovery units, and shell and tube exchangers. Calling upon our many years of experience Vartiss is able to deliver the highest quality dedicated heat transfer solutions.

    Maintenance

    Vartiss offers fixed term maintenance contracts as well as breakdown cover, to help minimise your downtime and will collaborate with you to help coordinate any required shutdown to allow required maintenance to be concluded as quickly and efficiently as possible.
