Vartiss Limited specialise in tank repair and modifications, all our staff are trained and certified in the installation and operation of the BYGGWICK Tank jacking system.

We manufacture a broad range of tanks and vessels to accommodate a whole host of industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy & Nuclear, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Water & Utilities and Food & Beverage sectors. All of our pressure vessels are designed to be fully compliant with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC).

    Offsite Fabrication

    Vartiss has in excess of 30,000 ft² in which to assemble offsite structures at its Dock Road site. The company has adopted offsite fabrication techniques for all of its major projects, and also embraces advanced, modular build techniques.

    Vartiss manufacture and maintain, radiant coils, tube bundles, convection boxes, waste heat recovery units, and shell and tube exchangers. Calling upon our many years of experience Vartiss is able to deliver the highest quality dedicated heat transfer solutions.

    Maintenance

    Vartiss offers fixed term maintenance contracts as well as breakdown cover, to help minimise your downtime and will collaborate with you to help coordinate any required shutdown to allow required maintenance to be concluded as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    Coded Welding

    Vartiss has vast experience across a wide range of welding techniques, materials and sectors including tanks, pressure vessels, pressure piping and steel structures utilising MMA, GTAW, FCAW, MIG/MAG welding in a variety of basic and exotic materials
